1. Luis Robert Jr., White Sox

47 11 23 12 .232/.306/.475 1.3

Position: OF
Age: 26
Contract: Signed through 2027 ($15M in 2024, two club options for $40M in 2025-26)
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Robert is a bit of a risk/reward proposition. The 26-year-old is as talented as any outfielder in the game but comes with a lengthy injury history, including an extended absence this season due to a hip issue. Robert's only reached 100 games once in his career and has a strikeout rate of nearly 26%. However, he's an excellent defensive center fielder and hit 11 home runs with 11 stolen bases in just 43 games before the All-Star break this season.

2. Jazz Chisholm Jr., Marlins

Position: OF

Contract: Arb-eligible through 2026
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chisholm's been a popular name bandied about in trade rumors already this season and appears to be a strong bet to be moved by July 30. The 26-year-old's on pace to eclipse 100 games for only the second time in his career and brings a good combination of power and speed to the table.

3. Isaac Paredes, Rays

Position: 3B
Age: 25
Contract: Arb-eligible through 2027
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paredes has three more years of team control remaining but is likely to get increasingly expensive through arbitration as he continues to produce at the plate. The 25-year-old has backed up last year's breakout season in which he hit 31 home runs with a 137 wRC+ and 4.3 fWAR in 143 games. Paredes will likely flirt with 30 long balls again with a double-digit walk rate and a strikeout rate under 20%. He'd be an extremely desirable commodity if Tampa Bay seriously considers moving him.

4. Brent Rooker, Athletics

Position: OF
Age: 30
Contract: Arb-eligible through 2027
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooker's flown under the radar as one of the better power-hitting outfielders in the league this season. Strikeouts are certainly a concern with Rooker as he's whiffed almost 33% of the time over his career. Rooker's always been able to hit the ball hard and has been rewarded with a 127 wRC+ in 2023 and an impressive 165 mark in 2024. The 29-year-old's always done damage against left-handed pitching but has also found his footing against righties this season.

5. Randy Arozarena, Rays

97 15 35 14 .211/.313/.395 0.8

Position: OF
Age: 29
Contract: Arb-eligible through 2026
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arozarena is struggling through the worst season of his career. He was one of the worst offensive players out of the gates, hitting .112 with a .357 OPS in April. Arozarena didn't fare much better in May but rebounded in June to the tune of a .291 average with eight extra-base hits. The 29-year-old has earned a reputation as one of the game's great clutch players, with a .336 average, 11 home runs, and a 1.104 OPS in 33 postseason games.

Position: OF

Contract: Yet to make MLB debut
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Yankees are reportedly willing to include their No. 2 prospect in a trade for White Sox All-Star left-hander Garrett Crochet or Tigers ace Tarik Skubal. Jones, who was selected with the No. 25 pick in the 2022 MLB Draft, isn't putting up big numbers in the minors. However, his power potential is massive thanks to a 6-foot-6, 235-pound frame.

7. Kyle Stowers, Orioles

Position: OF
Age: 26
Contract: Pre-arb
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Stowers has a chance to be an everyday major-league player, but it may not be with Baltimore after the 26-year-old was optioned to Triple-A again due to a roster crunch. He's put up solid numbers in limited time with the O's after going deep 17 times with an .871 OPS across 53 contests in the minors this season.

8. Jesse Winker, Nationals

Position: OF
Age: 30
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Winker had to settle for a minor-league deal after struggling badly the past two seasons. The veteran outfielder has rebounded nicely in 2024, registering a 135 OPS+ with an .871 OPS against right-handed pitching. Winker would be a strong fit for a contending team looking for an outfielder to slot in against righties.

9. Taylor Ward, Angels

97 14 45 .230/.314/.399 0.9

Position: OF
Age: 30
Contract: Arb-eligible through 2026
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Angels need to move as many players as possible to improve arguably the worst farm system in baseball. Ward can provide a playoff contender with some pop and outfield versatility. He's gone deep a combined 51 times over his last 335 games - including 14 long balls this season - and owns a .776 OPS over the last 2.5 years.

10. Luis Rengifo, Angels

Position: IF
Age: 27
Contract: Arb-eligible through 2025
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rengifo is another player the Angels must consider dealing for the overall health of the organization. He owns a career-best 126 wRC+ this season with six homers and 22 steals over 69 games after going deep a combined 33 times between 2022-23. The 27-year-old can also man second or third base.

11. Danny Jansen, Blue Jays

Position: C
Age: 29
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jansen's had a hard time staying on the field but has been one of the game's more productive offensive catchers over the past few years. He's ninth among catchers with at least 250 plate appearances over the past three seasons with a 118 wRC+ and also grades out well defensively.

12. Lane Thomas, Nationals

71 8 39 25 .246/.315/.396 0.6

Position: OF
Age: 28
Contract: Arb-eligible through 2025
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thomas has taken a bit of a step back this season after a breakout 2023 campaign where he recorded 28 homers, 86 RBIs, 20 steals, and 3.1 fWAR over 156 games. He's swiped a career-high 25 bases already but has collected only eight round-trippers with a .711 OPS in 2024. Regardless, Thomas could be a nice get for a team looking for a power-speed combo.

13. Elias Díaz, Rockies

Position: C
Age: 33
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Díaz is one of the best hitting catchers available on the trade market. The 2023 All-Star Game MVP has five round-trippers with a .732 OPS this season. The 10-year vet recorded a career-high 18 long balls across 106 contests in 2021.

14. Tommy Pham, White Sox

Position: OF
Age: 36
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pham is no stranger to controversy but can still be a helpful piece to a contending team. The veteran outfielder had to settle for a minor-league deal with the White Sox and has cooled off after a strong start to the season. Pham proved to be a good pickup for the Diamondbacks last season, posting a .772 OPS with six extra-base hits across 16 postseason contests.

15. Justin Turner, Blue Jays

Position: 1B/DH
Age: 39
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It looks like age has finally caught up to Turner, as the two-time All-Star is going through the worst season of his career since 2013. However, the 16-year vet has plenty of playoff experience from his time with the Dodgers and could be a nice bench piece for a playoff contender.

16. Josh Bell, Marlins

98 10 42 .225/.291/.357 -0.8

Position: 1B
Age: 31
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bell has struggled this season after helping the Marlins make the playoffs last year following a deadline deal. Yet, he still could provide power off the bench for a playoff club, as the 2019 All-Star owns four 20-plus-homer campaigns.

17. Paul DeJong, White Sox

Position: SS

Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

DeJong's rebuilt his value in Chicago this season with 17 home runs. The veteran has an issue with strikeouts but would help a contender with the ability to hit for power and play respectable defense at shortstop.

18. Kevin Pillar, Angels

48 6 28 .293/.342/.483 1.0

Position: OF
Age: 35
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pillar recently indicated that the 2024 season might be his last after reaching 10 years of service time earlier this year. Despite not having the athleticism he did earlier in his career in the field, Pillar is still a capable defender with a history of good contact skills.

19. Eloy Jiménez, White Sox

GP HR RBI AVG/OBP/SLG WAR
58 5 16 .238/.298/.345 -0.4

Position: DH
Age: 27
Contract: Club options for 2025-26 ($16.5M in 2025, $18.5M in 2026)
Trade probability: ⭐️

The White Sox slugger has struggled to stay healthy again this year. Jiménez has an unfortunate injury history, a concerning trend for any interested teams. He's also been hitting the ball on the ground at the highest rate of his career 60.8%. It's hard to imagine the market for Jiménez being strong, but all it takes is one contender in search of power.

20. Kevin Kiermaier, Blue Jays

GP HR RBI AVG/OBP/SLG WAR
76 4 18 .195/.239/.315 0.2

Position: OF
Age: 34
Contract: FA after 2024
Trade probability: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kiermaier is going through the worst season of his 12-year career. The four-time Gold Glover looks finished as an everyday player because of his deteriorating bat but can still be a useful fourth outfielder thanks to his great defense and speed as a pinch runner.
