Report: Pistons, Galloway agree to 3-year, $21M deal

The Detroit Pistons are finalizing a three-year, $21-million contract with point guard Langston Galloway, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

This will be the 25-year-old's fourth team in three years, having previously played for the New York Knicks and New Orleans Pelicans, as well as the Sacramento Kings this past season.

Galloway was a part of the Pelicans' package to Sacramento that brought All-Star big man DeMarcus Cousins to The Big Easy ahead of the trade deadline.

In 19 appearances with the Kings, he averaged six points, 1.8 boards, and 1.5 assists on 40.4 percent shooting while primarily coming off the bench.

The signing means the Pistons are now hard capped, according to ESPN, with $101.7 million in guaranteed contracts, and having used the full mid-level exception.
