The Portland Trail Blazers have sent center Jusuf Nurkic his qualifying offer, making him a restricted free agent, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Nurkic's one-year qualifying offer is worth $4.8 million.
Teams can now sign Nurkic to an offer sheet, which the Blazers have the right to match.
The 23-year-old Bosnian has averaged 14.5 points and 9.2 rebounds in 99 games with Portland since being acquired from the Denver Nuggets in February 2017.
