Texas quarterback Ja'Quinden Jackson has entered the transfer portal, according to The Athletic's Max Olson.
The former four-star recruit was regarded as the 34th overall prospect on the ESPN 300 when he committed to Texas last year. Jackson picked the Longhorns over LSU, Alabama, and Oklahoma.
The 6-foot-2, 219-pound signal-caller entered the 2020 campaign as the No. 4 passer on the Longhorns' depth chart. He didn't make any appearances this season as he worked his way back from a partial ACL tear.
