Report: Multiple players cut ties with agent involved in NCAA probe

Multiple clients have severed ties with NBA agent Andy Miller after his involvement in an FBI investigation into corruption in college basketball, sources told ESPN's Jeff Goodman and Chris Haynes.

None of Miller's NBA clients were named, but the report indicates Los Angeles Clippers center Willie Reed has filed a $13.5-million arbitration claim against Miller's agency, ASM Sports, saying he was defrauded.

Miller represents prominent NBA names such as Kyle Lowry, Kristaps Porzingis, and Myles Turner. ASM Sports previously employed Christian Dawkins, one of the people indicted Tuesday along with nine other men in a criminal probe that has blown up into one of the biggest NCAA scandals in decades. Dawkins was reportedly fired by ASM in May for running up $42,000 in Uber charges on an unidentified NBA player's credit card.

According to ESPN, Dawkins, representing Reed, advised the center to turn down a three-year, $15-million offer from the Miami Heat. When no market for Reed's services materialized, he signed a one-year contract for $1.5 million with the Clippers in August.
