Hurricanes re-sign Andersen, Raanta

The Carolina Hurricanes signed goaltenders Frederik Andersen and Antti Raanta on Saturday.
Andersen inked a two-year pact with a $3.4-million cap hit, while Raanta returns on a one-year deal worth $1.5 million.
Andersen, 33, posted a .903 save percentage and 2.48 goals-against average in 34 games with the Hurricanes in 2022-23.
Raanta, 34, posted a .910 SV% and 2.23 GAA in 27 games last season.
Both goaltenders joined the Hurricanes in 2021 on two-year contracts as unrestricted free agents. Carolina also has Pyotr Kochetkov signed to a $2-million contract for 2023-24.
The Hurricanes have $13 million of cap space after the signings, per CapFriendly.
