More help is coming for Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers offense.
Wide receiver Christian Watson expects to make his first appearance of the 2023 season on Thursday night against the Detroit Lions.
"That's the plan," Watson said Tuesday, according to The Athletic's Matt Schneidman.
Watson missed the first three games of the campaign with a hamstring injury.
The 2022 second-round pick led the Packers in receiving touchdowns during his rookie year with seven. He also caught 41 passes for 611 yards.
Green Bay enters Thursday's prime-time contest with a 2-1 record after using an 18-point unanswered run to beat the New Orleans Saints in Week 3. The Lions are also 2-1.
