New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh loves what his team has accomplished so far this season despite facing some of the NFL's premier quarterbacks.

"Through these first six weeks, we've played a gauntlet of quarterbacks. I know we haven't gotten all wins, but we've embarrassed all of them," Saleh said Sunday after New York's 20-14 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, per SNY. "Just really, really proud of the defense."

Despite playing without their top two cornerbacks in Sauce Gardner and D.J. Reed, the Jets forced Jalen Hurts into three interceptions in Week 6 and sacked the Eagles star twice. It was Hurts' first three-INT performance since 2021. He also finished with 28 completions on 45 attempts for 280 yards to go along with 47 yards and a score on the ground.

Hurts is one of several star QBs who've faced New York this season. Here's how the 3-3 Jets have done against some of football's top signal-callers.

QB Team Comp.% Yds TD pass INT Result
Jalen Hurts PHI 62 280 1 3 20-14 W
Patrick Mahomes KC 60 203 1 2 20-23 L
Josh Allen BUF 70.7 236 1 3 22-16 W
Dak Prescott DAL 81.6 255 2 0 10-30 L

The Jets' defense came up big in the fourth quarter, with Tony Adams intercepting Hurts on a third-and-9 and returning it 45 yards to help set up Breece Hall's game-winning touchdown run with 1:46 left.

"Unbelievable, you can't give those guys enough credit," Jets quarterback Zach Wilson said of his defense Sunday.

He added, "This is a big win for us. This is an unbelievable team. ... We needed that win. I thought our guys kept fighting, everyone kept fighting."

Wilson completed 19 of 33 pass attempts for 186 yards Sunday. The 2021 No. 2 pick, who's replacing an injured Aaron Rodgers, has tossed just one interception in his last four appearances after being picked off three times by the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2.

The Jets now have a bye before taking on the New York Giants in Week 8.
