Los Angeles Dodgers ace Tyler Glasnow is going on the 15-day injured list due to back tightness, manager Dave Roberts said Tuesday, according to Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times.

Roberts added that Glasnow's injury flared up while the right-hander was playing catch Sunday.

The Dodgers hope it's a minor issue. Roberts said Glasnow could be able to return shortly after the All-Star break.

The 30-year-old has been sensational in his first season with Los Angeles, authoring a 3.47 ERA with 0.93 WHIP and an NL-best 143 strikeouts over 109 innings (18 starts) for the NL West-leading Dodgers. He was named to his first All-Star Game but will be replaced by Cincinnati Reds right-hander Hunter Greene.

The Dodgers' rotation is already missing Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Walker Buehler due to injury.
