Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Paxton Lynch tossed his first career touchdown to Emmanuel Sanders on Sunday, after relieving the injured Trevor Siemian.
While the play was nothing special, Lynch has been impressive, completing 14-of-24 passes to that point for 170 yards and no interceptions.
The first-round pick will be tabbed to lead the Super Bowl defending Broncos into the playoffs if Siemian is out for an extended period of time, or if Lynch continues to shine on the field.
