The infamous Philadelphia Eagles "Zero Super Bowls" jersey was set ablaze outside Lincoln Financial Field on Thursday night.

The custom jersey was sported by diehard New York Giants fan Joe Ruback, aka "License Plate Guy," for more than a decade as a way to mock the Eagles' Super Bowl drought. After Philadelphia defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII, Ruback teamed up with Eagles fan Eric Emanuele, aka "The Mighty EROCK," to burn the jersey to raise money for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation.

"That jersey is absolutely dead to me," Ruback told Art Stapleton of the North Jersey Record. "I could have decided to use it as a dust towel to clean my car, but to be honest with you, doing something like this, it's the classy and the right thing to do."
