The Jacksonville Jaguars will be the first team on the clock after clinching the draft's top pick prior to Week 17. The Jaguars seem to be on track to select Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence, who's expected to forgo his last year of college football.
The New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons, and Cincinnati Bengals round out the top five.
The order is determined by record, with strength of schedule the tiebreaker.
