The Cleveland Browns and wide receiver Amari Cooper agreed to a restructured one-year deal, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz.

Cooper will have his $20-million base salary guaranteed, with half being paid upfront, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, who adds the player can earn up to $5 million in incentives.

The 30-year-old skipped mandatory minicamp while looking for a new deal but has reported for the start of training camp. Cooper can become a free agent following the 2024 season.

Cleveland acquired Cooper from the Dallas Cowboys for a fifth-round selection and a sixth-round pick swap in 2022. He signed a five-year, $100-million deal with Dallas in 2020.

The Alabama product has been tremendous for the Browns, playing 32 games while totaling 150 catches for 2,410 yards and 14 touchdowns.
