Another key Indianapolis Colts player is dealing with an injury following Sunday's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Running back Jonathan Taylor has a high ankle sprain, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

It's believed that the injury is mild, according to Rapoport, who adds that a source said that the star tailback will be "OK."

Taylor left the Week 4 contest late in the fourth quarter but was never officially ruled out by the team. The former All-Pro rusher amassed 108 scrimmage yards and one touchdown versus Pittsburgh.

Taylor, who's sat out due to injuries in each of the last two seasons, has rushed for 349 yards (4.8 per carry) and four touchdowns in 2024.

If Taylor misses time, the Colts will presumably rely on Trey Sermon as their RB1. Indy's running back depth chart also features Tyler Goodson.

Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson also went down with a hip injury against the Steelers. It's unclear if the second-year QB will miss any games, but Indianapolis is reportedly optimistic about his status.
