Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor won't play in the team's Week 5 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars, head coach Shane Steichen announced Friday.

Quarterback Anthony Richardson is listed as questionable with an oblique injury he suffered in Week 4. He was a limited participant in practice all week.

Backup Joe Flacco was seen taking most of the first-team reps in practice Friday, according to James Boyd of The Athletic.

Taylor is dealing with a high ankle sprain he suffered in Indy's victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He didn't practice all week, although the ailment is reportedly believed to be mild.

Trey Sermon is set to be the Colts' starting running back versus the Jaguars. He has nine carries for 24 yards in four contests this season.

Defensive lineman Kwity Paye and cornerback Kenny Moore have also been ruled out after both defenders missed Week 4.
