Eagles lose Slay, Mailata, Goedert to injuries in win vs. Browns

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Darius Slay, left tackle Jordan Mailata, and tight end Dallas Goedert all were unable to finish Sunday's 20-16 victory over the Cleveland Browns.
Goedert was the first to exit with a hamstring issue. Slay was next to go down after suffering a knee injury, while Mailata was carted off in the fourth quarter with a hamstring ailment.
Goedert entered Sunday's game as the team's leader in receiving yards (301) and receptions (24). Slay came into the contest with two passes defended and one forced fumble.
Journeyman offensive lineman Fred Johnson filled in as Mailata's replacement.
The win moved the Eagles back above .500, giving them a 3-2 record.
