New York Giants rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers has cleared the concussion protocol after being evaluated by the independent neurological consultant Thursday, the team announced.

Exiting the protocol puts Nabers on track to return Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The rookie sensation has missed the last two games after suffering a concussion in a Week 4 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

The No. 6 overall pick in the draft, Nabers didn't look like a rookie in his first month of NFL action. He caught 35 receptions for 386 yards and three touchdowns across four games. Despite missing two contests, Nabers still ranks seventh in receptions among all NFL pass-catchers.

The Giants come into Week 7 in the NFC East basement with a 2-4 record.
