Running back Isiah Pacheco and defensive end Charles Omenihu are expected to return to the Kansas City Chiefs lineup for Friday's game against the Las Vegas Raiders barring any setbacks, head coach Andy Reid said, according to ESPN's Adam Teicher.

"As long as they're OK. We'll check on it today. If they're good after today, then we'll play them," Reid said, according to A to Z Sports NFL's Charles Goldman.

Pacheco has missed nine games after injuring his leg against the Cincinnati Bengals in September. Omenihu began the season on the team's physically unable to perform list with a knee injury.

The Rutgers product has led the Chiefs in rushing in each of the past two seasons. Pacheco produced 135 yards and one touchdown while averaging 4 yards per carry in two games this season. Kansas City would have to activate Pacheco from injured reserve before he can return to the active roster.

Kareem Hunt has taken on the feature role at tailback with Pacheco sidelined through much of the first half of the season. Carson Steele and Samaje Perine have also split carries.

Omenihu's return provides additional firepower to the Chiefs' defense. The veteran defensive lineman recorded seven sacks, five tackles for loss, and 11 QB hits last season with the Chiefs. He'll join a defensive front that is headlined by George Karlaftis, Felix Anudike-Uzomah, and Joshua Uche.
