For Pete Carroll, one of his greatest challenges is to continue to keep the Seattle Seahawks motivated as they aim for their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

The league's oldest head coach certainly received his group's full attention with a motivational stunt during a team meeting Saturday night.

While speaking with safety Kam Chancellor about tackling form, Carroll demonstrated his technique on a whiteboard, which he ran through and subsequently demolished.

Misson accomplished.

"We already know he's the craziest, kookiest coach around," cornerback Richard Sherman said to Greg Bishop of Sports Illustrated. "But I was like, he must be getting senile now."

"Of all the crazy s--- that Pete has done, this is top one, probably," defensive end Michael Bennett added.

Carroll is known for his infectious energy and his themed practices, so this latest outburst is par for the course.
