Report: Sky interested in Curt Miller
The Chicago Sky have had preliminary discussions with Curt Miller concerning their head coaching vacancy, sources told Annie Costabile of The Chicago Sun-Times.
Miller and the Los Angeles Sparks mutually parted ways last month after two seasons. The 56-year-old went a disappointing 25-55 during his tenure, including a league-worst 8-32 this past campaign.
The two-time WNBA Coach of the Year spent the previous seven seasons with the Connecticut Sun, posting a 140-86 record. He guided the club to a pair of Finals appearances, but the effort fell short on both occasions.
Chicago is searching for its fourth head coach in three seasons after moving on from Teresa Weatherspoon following the 2024 campaign. The Sky, including its young core boasting the likes of Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso, went 13-27 during her lone season in charge, missing the playoffs by two games.
