Best moments from Dodgers' World Series parade
The Los Angeles Dodgers celebrated their eighth World Series title in franchise history with an epic parade Friday.
The festivities turned L.A. into a giant party after large gatherings were prohibited due to the pandemic when the club won its last title in 2020.
With about 225,000 fans showing up, here are the best moments from the celebration:
Shohei Ohtani said he was "totally overwhelmed with the amount of fans" who turned out for the parade.
Manager Dave Roberts showed off his dance moves with Ice Cube.
Jack Flaherty, now a free agent, said "he never wants to leave."
After winning his second championship, Clayton Kershaw acknowledged he's never seen anything like this.
The lefty also proclaimed himself as being a Dodger forever.
Legend Fernando Valenzuela, who died last week, was honored by fans on his birthday.
Kiké Hernández took shots at Fat Joe after the New York rapper opened Game 3 of the World Series with a performance at Yankee Stadium.
Ohtani capped things off by thanking fans in English.
Not even the Dodgers are immune to notorious L.A. traffic.
