The Toronto Blue Jays and left-hander Ryan Yarbrough agreed to a minor-league contract, sources told Robert Murray of FanSided.
Yarbrough authored a 2.01 ERA with 0.80 WHIP and 26 strikeouts over 31 1/3 innings with the Blue Jays following a deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers at last season's trade deadline. The 33-year-old recorded a 3.19 ERA, 1.03 WHIP, and 5.9 K/9 over a combined 98 2/3 innings between the two clubs in 2024.
The veteran reliever can also provide starting depth for Toronto, as he's logged 68 starts over his seven-year career.
Yarbrough has also pitched for the Tampa Bay Rays and Kansas City Royals.
