- Former World Series of Fighting 115-pound champion Jessica Aguilar was granted her release from the promotion in May, and has her sights set on Joanna Jedrzejczyk's UFC title.
- Jedrzejczyk's next challenge won't come from Aguilar, though, as the champion is set to take on Jessica Penne when the UFC returns to Berlin on June 20.
- Maryna Moroz rocketed up the strawweight rankings in April following a quick submission victory over highly touted Scottish striker Joanne Calderwood. Calderwood will try to get herself back on track against Bec Rawlings when the UFC makes its debut in Scotland on July 18.
