Center Tarik Black has reached an agreement to sign with the Houston Rockets, according to The Vertical's Shams Charania.

The deal will be for one year, taking up Houston's bi-annual exception, according to The Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen.

Black, 25, spent the past two-and-a-half seasons competing for the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 5.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 0.6 blocks over 144 appearances.

This marks his second stint with the Rockets, as Black signed with the organization in 2014 after going undrafted out of the University of Kansas. Houston waived Black after 25 games, and Los Angeles ultimately claimed him.
