The Brooklyn Nets are signing former top-10 pick Killian Hayes to a 10-day contract, his agent told ESPN's Shams Charania.

To make room for Hayes, the Nets will release veteran wing Bojan Bogdanovic, sources told Charania.

Two-way guard Tyrese Martin will also reportedly have his deal converted to a standard NBA contract.

Bogdanovic has yet to play this season. He underwent an initial procedure on his left foot last spring, and Charania reports he's now scheduled to have season-ending foot surgery.

The Nets brought Bogdanovic back to Brooklyn from the New York Knicks as part of the Mikal Bridges deal during the offseason. He entered the NBA with the Nets, playing just over two-and-a-half seasons with the club from 2014-17.

The 35-year-old played 57 games last year, split between the Knicks and Detroit Pistons. He averaged 15.2 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.7 assists while shooting 45.4% from the field and 39.8% from three.

Hayes, meanwhile, has been plying his trade in the G League with Brooklyn's affiliate, the Long Island Nets. He last played for the Pistons in 2023-24 when he averaged 6.9 points and 4.9 assists while shooting 41.3% from the field.

Martin has spent the entire season with Brooklyn, averaging 7.8 points in 36 games.
