4-star 2021 QB Davis commits to Auburn

Four-star quarterback Dematrius Davis announced his commitment to Auburn on Sunday.
Davis is the fourth-ranked dual-threat quarterback and the No. 216 overall recruit on the ESPN 300.

The passer picked Auburn over LSU, Texas A&M, and Virginia Tech after leading North Shore High School in Houston to consecutive Texas 6A state championships.
Davis, who was previously committed to Virginia Tech before reversing his decision earlier in May, is the first QB the Tigers have picked up during the 2021 recruiting cycle.
In 2019 he threw for 2,672 yards and ran for another 1,446 while scoring 54 total touchdowns
