Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz will undergo additional tests on his injured hand after X-rays came back negative on Sunday, according to Martin Frank of the Delaware News Journal.

Wentz briefly left Philadelphia's 17-9 loss to the Seattle Seahawks due to the injury, though he returned in time for the Eagles' next offensive possession.

The pivot labored through one of his worst performances of the season against Seattle, throwing a pair of interceptions and repeatedly missing receivers. For the day, he went 33-for-45 passing with 256 yards and a touchdown, but most of that production came late with the game out of reach.

Injuries have hindered Wentz throughout his four-year career. The 26-year-old finished each of the last two seasons on injured reserve.

Philadelphia sunk to 5-6 with the loss to Seattle.
