Every Monday during the season, theScore's Justin Boone runs down the recommended waiver-wire pickups.

Roster percentages are based on Yahoo leagues. Free Agent Budget (FAB) amounts are based on a $100 salary cap. Only players rostered in less than 50% of leagues are considered.

Ryan Tannehill, Titans

Next Up Rostered FAB
at LAC 33% $7

Tannehill hasn't been a fantasy factor this season, but a date with an up-tempo Chargers team should help bring him out of his shell.

The Titans will likely get back their top wideout, Treylon Burks, who missed last week in concussion protocol. The first-round rookie had 206 yards and a touchdown in just over two games before getting hurt.

Tennessee's offense should be able to move the ball consistently against one of the five easiest opponents for running backs.

The Chargers are also a positive matchup for fantasy quarterbacks; they've allowed a top-15 fantasy QB finish in three of their last four outings.

While Tannehill might not be a week-winner, he's a high-end QB2 option for Week 15.

Daniel Jones is at the 50% rostered mark but would be the No. 1 QB add if available.

Chuba Hubbard, Panthers

Next Up Rostered FAB
vs. PIT 33% $24

It's not a great week to find running back help on the waiver wire. The Texans' backfield could have an opening if Dameon Pierce sits out due to his ankle injury, but a likely subsequent committee forces us to look elsewhere.

Despite getting fewer snaps and touches than teammate D'Onta Foreman, Hubbard is still seeing more volume than most running backs thanks to the Panthers' dedication to their rushing attack.

Hubbard has recorded 31 carries and three receptions for 164 scrimmage yards and a touchdown over his last two appearances.

Meanwhile, the Steelers' defense has allowed a top-12 fantasy RB finish in three of their last four games.

If you need a flex play, Hubbard could step into your lineup in the first round of the fantasy playoffs.

Zonovan Knight, Jerick McKinnon, and Gus Edwards are at the 50% rostered mark but should be rostered in all leagues.

High-upside backups like Alexander Mattison (35% rostered) should be rostered in most leagues.

Flex options: Tyler Allgeier at NO (38% rostered), Jordan Mason at SEA (13% rostered)

Wide receivers

Elijah Moore, Jets

Next Up Rostered FAB
vs. DET 27% $29

Moore's playing time has quietly risen back to the levels he saw in the opening month of the season when he was regularly on the field for more than 80% of the Jets' snaps.

He's also benefitted from New York's quarterback change, posting 64 yards and a touchdown in Mike White's first start back in Week 12. Moore only caught two balls the next week but received six targets.

Now he's fresh off his busiest afternoon of the year with six catches for 60 yards on 10 targets. Though the numbers were likely inflated by Corey Davis entering the concussion protocol, a similar situation could occur in Week 15 if Davis isn't cleared.

With matchups against the Lions and Jaguars in the next two weeks, Moore is a sneaky addition who can step into your flex spot.

D.J. Chark/Jameson Williams, Lions

Next Up Rostered FAB
at NYJ 40%/36% $24/$9

Chark would've been the first name in this section if it wasn't for his matchup against the Jets' defense. New York is top five in the fewest fantasy points permitted to receivers.

However, it's hard to deny the impact he's had when he's played over 70% of the Lions' snaps. In those contests, Chark has stat lines of 4-52-1, 3-46-0, 2-16-1, 5-98-0, and, most recently, 6-94-1.

The back-to-back 90-yard games are especially enticing on a Lions team that's looking more and more like a playoff contender. Chark will be an underrated WR3/flex the rest of the way.

His teammate, Williams, is on the rise as well. The first-rounder had his snaps rise from 11% in his catch-less debut last week to 19% in his second outing, complete with a 41-yard score.

His involvement needs to increase before you can trust him in your lineup, but he's worth a bench spot.

Even if the Lions make Williams a bigger part of the offense, Chark should still be in consideration as a fantasy WR4/flex in most formats.

Treylon Burks, Donovan Peoples-Jones, Zay Jones, and Chase Claypool are at or above the 50% rostered mark but should be rostered in most leagues.

Flex options: Jahan Dotson vs. NYG (15% rostered), Parris Campbell at MIN (33% rostered)

Flex options (if healthy): Nico Collins vs. KC (25% rostered), Corey Davis vs. DET (21% rostered), Kadarius Toney at HOU (35% rostered), Richie James at WAS (11% rostered)

Flex options (if starter is out): Chris Moore vs. KC (2% rostered), Nelson Agholor at LV (2% rostered)

Risky flex options: Alec Pierce at MIN (13% rostered), Mack Hollins vs. NE (30% rostered), Demarcus Robinson at CLE (15% rostered), Ben Skowronek at GB (3% rostered), Van Jefferson at GB (25% rostered), Tutu Atwell at GB (0% rostered), Julio Jones vs. CIN (16% rostered), Laviska Shenault vs. PIT (1% rostered), Terrace Marshall vs. PIT (6% rostered)

Tight ends

Tyler Conklin, Jets

Next Up Rostered FAB
vs. DET 26% $14

Conklin is yet another Jets pass-catcher who's capitalized on the move away from Zach Wilson.

The 27-year-old is tied for seventh in tight end targets over the last three weeks since White took over.

Conklin could have more work with Davis in concussion protocol, especially given his matchups during the fantasy playoffs.

Over the next three games, the Jets face the Lions, Jaguars, and Seahawks. Those teams are fourth, 13th, and second in fantasy points allowed to tight ends, respectively.

Even if White's injury keeps him out, some of Conklin's best games came with Joe Flacco at the helm earlier this year.

Greg Dulcich, Evan Engram, and Hunter Henry are at or above the 50% rostered mark but should be rostered in most leagues.
