Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp did not return to Sunday's 41-10 defeat to the Arizona Cardinals after leaving with an ankle injury.

Kupp posted four receptions for 37 yards before exiting the contest and being evaluated. The 2021 All-Pro wore a walking boot on his left foot in the locker room postgame, and head coach Sean McVay didn't have an update on the severity of Kupp's injury, according to ESPN's Sarah Barshop.

It's the latest of several significant injuries affecting the Rams' offense. Fellow receiver Puka Nacua is on injured reserve with a PCL sprain, while offensive linemen Joe Noteboom and Steve Avila were also placed on IR with ankle issues.

Los Angeles will turn to wideouts Demarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson, and Tutu Atwell while Kupp and Nacua are sidelined.

Kupp was targeted 21 times in the team's Week 1 loss to the Detroit Lions. He tallied 14 receptions for 110 yards and a touchdown in the defeat.
