Wide receiver Tee Higgins was impressed by quarterback Joe Burrow's superhuman effort to complete a touchdown in Sunday's 24-6 win over the Cleveland Browns.
"Motherf----r is Superman," Higgins said of his signal-caller, per Fox19's Joe Danneman. "F--k Batman, he's Superman."
Burrow sustained a hit while climbing the pocket, kept himself from going to the ground, and completed an impressive two-yard touchdown to Higgins to cap a 99-yard scoring drive.
Burrow has been one of the NFL's most prolific passers this season: He had 36 touchdown passes and led the league with 3,977 yards entering Sunday's action. The 28-year-old added another 252 yards and three scores in the victory over the Browns.
Higgins had eight receptions for 58 yards and a touchdown in the win. Teammate Ja'Marr Chase broke his own record for the most single-season receiving yards in Cincinnati's history with a 97-yard outing, bringing him to 1,510 on the campaign.
The Bengals remain alive in the AFC playoff hunt after improving to 7-8. They finish their regular season with a home game against the Denver Broncos and a road matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
