New Zealand's Lydia Ko claimed gold at the Olympics on Saturday, finishing 10-under for the tournament.

Ko is the only multi-time medalist in individual Olympic golf. She completes the medal set after capturing silver at the 2016 Rio Olympics and bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Games.

The 27-year-old secured the final point she needed to enter the LPGA Hall of Fame. Her remarkable career includes 20 LPGA victories and two major titles, in addition to her Olympic success.

Esther Henseleit of Germany won silver with a final-round 6-under 66. China's Xiyu Janet Lin took bronze, securing the medal with a birdie on 18 to break a four-way tie.

Switzerland's Morgane Metraux was a surprise leader heading into Saturday. The World No. 137 led outright after Thursday's play and shared the lead with Ko through 54 holes. Metraux collapsed in Round 4, carding a 7-over 79 to fall to T-18.

World No. 1 Nelly Korda didn't break 70 in France. In the mix at T-7 to begin play on Saturday, Korda carded a 3-over 75, her worst round of the tournament, to finish a distant T-22.

Mariajo Uribe fired an eagle to finish her round and finish T-10. The 34-year-old Colombian is retiring after the Paris Games.

French favorite Celine Boutier led after Round 1 but faltered the rest of the way. She opened the tournament with a 7-under 65 and failed to break 70 in the following three rounds. The World No. 7 finished T-18.
