Bengals' Taylor: NFL investigating reported Patriots press box filming
Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor was asked Monday about rumors that a New England Patriots employee was in the press box videotaping the Bengals' sideline during their Week 14 game against the Cleveland Browns.
The Patriots (10-3) face the Bengals (1-12) in Week 15.
Taylor said only that he's aware there was an incident and the NFL is investigating the matter.
The Patriots' advance scout did attend Sunday's game between the Bengals and Browns, but he was being filmed for a team-produced feature titled "Do Your Job," and was not the one doing the filming, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The video crew was credentialed by the Browns and allowed to record the content, Schefter adds.
Cincinnati did, however, alert the league about the presence of a Patriots employee filming and the NFL confiscated the video, according to Schefter.
